Q: Are you appointment only?
A: We do offer walk-ins on days we have our walk in sign out, other than that we are appointment only.
Q: What are your design pricing?
A: Each tech specializes in their own style of design so to ensure the best design we ask you send us your ideas that way we can accurately price and ensure we are the perfect fit for your nail dreams!
Q: Do you offer Acrylics or SNS?
A: No we do not. We only offer Gel Extension products.
Q: Are the fumes bad in the salon?
A: We have little to no fumes at all because we don't offer Acrylics or Dip products.
Q: What are Gel Extension?
A: The new alternative to Acrylics! Gel-X extensions have the malleability of a soft gel polish and the length of a press-on or glue-on nail. The extension is made out of gel polish which is applied directly on top of your full natural nail and can be cut and shaped to your preference. LONG LASTING 3-4 weeks!! No filing needed, no dust, no odor, and no damage to natural nails! Try Gel-X™ as an alternative option to traditional acrylic or hard Gel extensions. .
Q: Can I bring my own nail tool kit to the nail salon?
A: Yes, today many people prefer bringing their own nail toolkit to the salon, for the fear of infection from the tools used in the salon. You can bring your nail toolkit, however, we request that you ensure your toolkit is sterilized and cleaned very well before and after the service.
Q: What is Gel polish?
A: These manicures are gentle to the natural nail and the polish stays intact on the nail for at least a couple of weeks with high shine and no cracking, peeling or chipping. Also, it is dry immediately after application. This service does not add length to your natural nail.
Q: Do you use a UV or LED light to cure the gel polish?
A: We use an LED light which is not harmful to your skin at all.

Q: Can I purchase my own tool kit?
A: Personal tool sets are available for purchase $12, please request at booking.
