Q: How many people can be serviced at one in The Nail Shack?

A: Maximum of services able to be performed is 2 at a time when additional nail tech is offered.

 

Q: What is The Nail Shacks power source?

A: Our salon uses one of the quietest generators. You can hear it but it is very low. We also have the option of running on an electrical source which is silent. The electric source will have to be provided by the client.

 

Q: Are the fumes bad in the salon?

A: I work on only natural nails so there are no harsh chemicals being used. Therefor the fumes are not nearly as strong if any at all.

 

Q: Do you do sns or any artificial nails?

A: No I only work on natural nails and do not add extensions.

 

Q: Can I bring my own nail tool kit to the nail salon?

A: Yes, today many people prefer bringing their own nail toolkit to the salon, for the fear of infection from the tools used in the salon. You can bring your nail toolkit, however, we request you to ensure that your toolkit is sterilized and cleaning very well after the service.

 

Q: What is Gel polish?

A: These manicures are gentle to the natural nail and the polish stays intact on the nail for at least a couple of weeks with high shine and no cracking, peeling or chipping. Also, it is dry immediately after application.

 

Q: Do you use a UV or LED light to cure the gel polish?

A: We use an LED light which is not harmful to your skin at all.

Q: Can I purchase my own tool kit?

A: Personal tool sets are available for purchase $12, please request at booking.
